This 2009 Nouveau Muse Livermore Valley Tempranillo has aromas of blackberry jam, raspberry and strawberry with hints of cherry and leather. This wine has medium acidity with good structure and complexity. Enjoy this wine with pizza topped with red peppers, barbecued beef, grilled lamb or medium cheeses such as havarti.

This fun red wine comes from the Livermore Valley just east of San Francisco. This breezy cool area is well known for full bodied reds and elegant whites. This Tempranillo is perfect for your spring barbecue with just the right amount of tannin and structure to fair well against the intense flavors of grilled meats.

Fleur Bleu 2009 North Coast Mourvedre

This Fleur Bleu 2009 North Coast Mourvedre (pronounced More-VEH-druh) has rich earthy aromas of black fruit, brown sugar, spices and vanilla with hints of cherry and eucalyptus. This wine has flavor to spare with all of the aromas mirrored on the palate. The mouthfeel is big and punctuated with heavy tannin and just the right amount of acidity. This wine has a long finish dominated by tannin. Enjoy this wine with roast turkey, chicken and dumplings, roasted vegetables or goat cheese
